  1. I’m pretty sure the sport version is not for heavy days, and that they have underwear that is thicker that can be used for free-flowing then. I have the sport and they are alright but def just for backup. Their thicker ones work well for me for free-flowing on my heavy days, which I do only when I’m at home which is where I try to be during that time anyway (and i try to be very mindful around when it feels like it’s time to put on a new pair). If I have to work, they are just used as back up unless the flow is very light, and I’ve been using a menstrual cup for about a decade, and just switched to a menstrual disc so I’ll have to see how that goes (Period Nirvana is a fantastic resource for all things cups and discs). The next brand that I want to check out is Awwa since they have 95% organic cotton period panties that eliminates the whole PFAS concern, plus they are a Māori woman-owned business.
