FIT4MOM Honolulu now offers prenatal exercise and prenatal fitness classes for expectant moms. These classes are the perfect pairing with a prenatal yoga class in Honolulu.
These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms and include a 15-minute warm up, 30 minutes of strength training and cardio vascular exercises, as recommended by ACOG, followed by a 15-minute cool down of stretching and balancing. All instructors are pre natal fitness certified and are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and ACOG compliant.
